Designed to streamline healthcare workflows and function as a lean electronic health record on its own, Formstack HIPAA Compliance allows customers to manage forms across multiple touchpoints, including doctors, administrative staff and other stakeholders. This cloud-based data capture tool provides easy and rapid creation of secure, digital forms that collect and store electronic protected health information (ePHI) in compliance with both the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH).
